When to consider an HRT conversation

If labs show declining estradiol, rising FSH, or you are experiencing significant symptoms (severe sleep disruption, cognitive fog, accelerated bone loss), a conversation with a qualified clinician about HRT is evidence-based and worth having. The risk/benefit profile of HRT has been substantially revised since the 2002 WHI study.[2]
