Our mission

CreusLife exists to help people make better health decisions through measurement, interpretation, evidence, and practical optimization. We are not a supplement affiliate site. We are a health decision platform organized around a single principle:

Measure first. Optimize second.

Content philosophy

Every page on CreusLife starts with a measurement question, not a product recommendation. Our editorial sequence is:

1

What should be measured?

We identify the biomarker, metric, or functional test most relevant to the stated goal.

2

What does the measurement mean?

We explain reference ranges, limitations, and what the evidence says about clinical significance.

3

What interventions have evidence?

We apply our evidence hierarchy (see Evidence Standards). We do not recommend interventions without a measurement rationale.

4

How is the intervention retested?

Every recommendation closes with a retest plan. Without a retest, it's not optimization — it's guessing.

How content is evaluated

We favor
  • Objective measurement and bloodwork
  • Wearable data with defined metrics
  • Body composition over scale weight
  • Continuous glucose monitoring
  • Repeatable, retestable metrics
  • RCT and meta-analysis evidence
  • Acknowledged uncertainty
We avoid
  • Supplement hype without measurement rationale
  • Tribal nutrition camps and diet ideology
  • Optimization theater (complex without evidence)
  • Anecdote presented as evidence
  • Confidence beyond the data
  • Alarmism and fear-based framing

Evidence grading

We use three explicit evidence tiers on every supplement and intervention recommendation. See our full Evidence Standards page for the complete hierarchy.

Affiliate relationships

Some links on CreusLife generate affiliate commission. Our editorial recommendations are made independently of these relationships. We recommend products we would recommend without commission, and regularly recommend non-affiliated options when they are the better fit. See our full affiliate disclosure.
